More way to notify staff on new ticket so faster response time
Describe the solution you'd like
SMS/Email notification when there is a new ticket, or maybe only when there is emergency ticket to avoid spam
Of course there would be an opt-in/opt-out option too, similar to issue #2 proposal
Slack notification could be an option too as some of the staffs use Slack
