Problem of Install Programmig

I git your code to my local position, and I follow your requirement.txt to install package.
But, I got a problem that "I cannot install package name as pydensecrf".
I also search on stackovaerflow to fix its problem, like as "install cython".
It's not efficeintive to fix this problem.
So, could you release laster version and completely version of packages.

Please replace the pydensecrf github link in requirements.txt by a gitee copy, such as https://gitee.com/hejuncheng1/pydensecrf.git
