What does this PR do?

(Enhancing the Contributor Section and Structuring)

This PR enhances the contributor section in the README by:

• Updating the contributor graph to use the Vaunt API, providing a visually dynamic representation of all contributors.
• Structuring the contributor section for improved readability and visual presentation.
• Add responsive alignment to ensure the contributor images display well on mobile and desktop.

These improvements enhance the overall look and feel of the README, making the contributor section more engaging and accessible.
