这是一个什么样的功能？

像 rclone config edit 那样创建 remote 时是「追加 remote 到配置文件」，而不是「清空、覆盖已有配置文件」

这个功能可以解决什么问题？

rclone.conf 已存在多个 remotes，被 alisthelper 接管后这些 remotes 被清空了
