LilyGo-T-PCIE built-in Cell Li-Battery and Power System Management IC AXP192 often does not start correctly due to the operation of its built-in protection at the adapter and USB VBUS inputs.

Can you describe in detail what happens when it doesn't work? Do you have a video

We added a resistor (470R) in position R28 (it's not fitted) to VINT pin.
That worked for us, can be intermittent not stating when applying power via USB or 5v-IN.
Had a couple of boards with this problem, might be an idea for LilyGO to fit the resistor during production.
