problem with multiscaler v4l2convert nv16 format

Hi all，
I am using gstreamer with on xilinx multiscaler test,found the output error

I traced the code, it seems like the offset returned by gst_buffer_find_memory is the source when using NV16 format, I am not sure,please help.
