Per Tensor Quantization

Hi everyone, I was wondering if brevitas had a function equivalent to torch.quantize_per_tensor , thanks in advance for your answers

Sure thing, but the interface that Brevitas uses is slightly different.

I'd recommend to go through the notebooks tutorial we have to get an idea of how to use per-tensor quantization with Brevitas
