Elevenlabs AI Voice integration
note You will need to delete your
tcdnd-data.dbif you've run it before, as this makes changes to the db structure and we haven't implemented updating/migrations yet.Elevenlabs settings sections should be disabled/emptyish until a valid API key is submitted. On valid connection, we will always init with "Will" voice to have at least one. You also cannot remove the last Elevenlabs voice, we should always try to keep at least one. If one is removed, all users with it set will be updated to use the default local tts voice. If elevenlabs api breaks when testing a voice, nothing will be produced.
Also includes chatlog on the homescreen.
