What exactly isn't working ? I've just tried and it is working.

The official map is a little bit heavy so it may take a while to load,
also you can try switching the map provider in the app settings

you probably need to install the web view runtime https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/

mm that's odd, it should work by having the webview2 runtime installed..
In the start menu, type: Event Viewer, open the app and in the left corner, tap on Windows Logs > Application

Open the Shiori app and see if there's any crash (after you switch to the Map section) in the Event Viewer app
