[Feature Request] Add /clearchat command

Hey, I think a /clearchat command would be extremely handy and quite important for a chat plugin. Especially when someone sends messages that should be deleted.

I would make the command look like this: /clearchat [self/all/<channel>] (I think what does what is self-explanatory)

In vanilla Minecraft clients there isn't a way for servers to clear their chat, apart from sending a lot of blank chat messages so the chat history get filled with them.

However, the chat messages would still be displayed in the game's logs, also, some modded clients can still display the messages in the chat.
