Similar to #12112.

Just like #12112 there was no indication I could see in the UI that a rescan was necessary.

I already tried

  • I've read and searched the documentation.
  • I've searched for similar filed issues in this repository.

Any add-ons installed? It might be fixed by #12186

PS: Yes, the cleanup add-on is installed, so I'm pretty sure it's the same issue. I'm just deploying the fix to Hosted Weblate.
