Parse data split into artificial PE reads

Dear authors,

Thanks for developing this interesting tool. I'm trying to reproduce the analysis that you do in the article but I cannot find the script you used to split the Parse reads into 'artificial' PE reads. Could you please tell me how did you do it or upload the script into the repo? I would like to reproduce everything that you did.
