Change name from TimerMod to TimerHUD
Changed the way the code works internally (won't increase fps or anything just convenience)
Make the update notification go to the GitHub releases tab when clicked
Make HUD render 's' after the time instead of nothing after it
Change to new forge maven repo and use asbyth's fork of forgegradle
