A rewrite! The main changes are that the timing part of the Timer has changed and the GUI to the mod has changed a bit. I really hope you like this mod, I've spent quite a while on the rewrite

Remake how the timer actually counts (instead of using ticks, an ActionListener and Timer is used)
The command now shows a GUI where you can edit the HUD and a button where you can access the Vigilance Config
