Pootis-Bot Version 0.2

Pootis-Bot Version 0.2 is here!

This update is a pretty major update for the audio service. For now Pootis-Bot won't officially support Linux and MacOS but this update laid the framework to add support for both of these oses. Expect in a future update!

• Updated the console command setgame so it correctly set if streaming or not when the game is changed
• Removed a debug console.writeline from the audio service
• Made the level up message level number bold
