The dataset included in BreastTissue.xls file, provides a set of biomedical measurements for each patient as well as information on whether the breast tissue is Carcinoma, Fibro-adenoma, Mastopathy, Glandular (Glandular), Connective (Connective), Fatty (Adipose). Each line in this file contains information about a different patient. The first column refers to the code of each record while the second (status) shows the diagnosis, i.e. if the record concerns a patient with: Carcinoma, Fibro-adenoma, Mastopathy, Glandular, Connective, Adipose. The remaining columns refer to biomedical measurements that will be fed as inputs into our classifiers.
