Clearer sectioning and documentation at the top.

I think it looks nicer than before. One further thing could be removing, or not displaying, the terms that are empty, like TRL or Type in BridgeDb's page. I have some work done on this, although using R in the gitaction, but I couldn't complete it. Maybe I can show it to you and we can decide whether you want to use it.
