What are the changes?

Changes to frequencies:

  • ENSV_CTR - 120.650 -> 120.655
  • ENSV_N_CTR - 124.700 -> 124.705
  • ENSV_W_CTR - 136.275 -> 136.280
  • ENSV_16_CTR - 135.675 -> 135.680

Remove positions:

  • ENSV_E_CTR - no ownership of adjacent sectors
