Changes

BARMI 1N (EGGW) and BARMI 2A (EGSS, EGSC) STARs are truncated to become the MEGEL 1N and MEGEL 1A, respectively.

Create new lines in each file and archive the old STARs underneath with a # before the designator.

For example:

STAR:EGGW:25:#BARMI1N:BARMI MEGEL DITOB WIQID MUCTE OFJES UDDIZ COCCU JUMZI ZAGZO
STAR:EGGW:07:#BARMI1N:BARMI MEGEL DITOB WIQID MUCTE OFJES UDDIZ COCCU JUMZI ZAGZO
