Replace IIU and AIU with alternatives

IIU and AIU - hard to remember and even harder to say!

This PR replaces all instances of IIU with Inflammatons (inf) and AIU with Swellocity (swell).

These names are groan inducing, but they are more distinct from each other and more memorable.
