It is not possible to search for existing data elements when creating a hierarchy. #25

When creating a disease area hierarchy, the system should present you with existing data elements when you begin to type the data element name. This does not appear to happen. This is critical/high priority because we should minimise duplication of data element names to make the catalogue as usable as possible (when you click on a data element name it tells you other studies with the same data element name).
