Code of Conduct

UTH-BrotherHood is committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all, regardless of background or identity. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for all those who participate in our community, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior.

Our Standards

Examples of behavior that contributes to creating a positive environment include:

  • Respectful Communication: Be considerate and respectful towards others. Disagreement is no excuse for poor manners.
  • Inclusive Language: Use inclusive language and avoid demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior.
  • Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with others effectively, acknowledging their perspectives and contributions.

Examples of unacceptable behavior include:

  • Harassment: Any form of harassment, whether verbal, physical, or visual.
  • Discrimination: Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other personal characteristic.
  • Disruptive Behavior: Any behavior that disrupts the activities and discussions of the community.

Enforcement

Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in corrective action, ranging from a warning to a permanent ban from the community. Our team will review and respond to all reports of behavior that violates this Code of Conduct.

Reporting

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any concerns, please report it. All reports will be kept confidential.
