Document creating issues in a project that are attached to a repository #1217

It's a little tricky to get issues in both the right repository and the right project, and we should document how that works.

You essentially have two options:

  • Create the issue in the repository, and then:
    • Add it to the project on the RHS of the issue page, or
    • Add it to the project from the project page by adding from repository

Or

  • Create the issue in the project
    • Use # to specify the repository when you create it
    • If you don't specify the repository, it's hard to know where it'll end up, but it probably won't be the right place.
