.meteor folder missing. app starts and http://localhost:3000/ is accessible but is blank.

Hi, I see that there is no .meteor folder included in the repo. I recreated a fresh app folder and copied the .meteor folder to your meteor_app directory. I'm able to launch the server locally but the webpage just appears blank. Do you possibly have the .meteor folder available to provide? I'm likely missing something that was in your version. I'm doing a presentation on the associated paper for an HCI course as part of my masters program at Columbia and I'd love to include a quick demo as part of it.
