    Tweechable is a twitter bot that takes the emotional burden out of responding to ignorant comments

  3. what is your mission?
    safeguard civil discourse by protecting marginalized voices and elevating social norms

  4. how do you measure impact?
    focus is on helping targets of microaggressions, so something like:

  • % of users who receive microaggressions who use Tweechable >= 1x/month
  • % of microaggressive tweets that receive a Tweechable response
  • tweechable users say they have more emotional energy or less burden
  1. what are your business assumptions?
  • users will be the direct targets of online microaggressions
  • users use tweechable in direct response to ignorant comments
  • it doesn't matter how effective tweechable is at changing "questioner's" mind as long as 1) targets feel less harassed because they can respond to microaggressions with intelligent canned responses and/or 2) tweechable helps creates social norms that doesn't end online harassment but helps targets feel supported
