backend script api link is broken, and page missing from repo #122

Script API page - https://triliumnext.github.io/Docs/Wiki/script-api.html - link to "Backend API" - https://triliumnext.github.io/Notes/backend_api/BackendScriptApi.html is broken.

The Front- and Backend pages are bit odd in that they are in the Notes repo and not the Docs repo like the rest of the collection.

In the Notes repo there is https://triliumnext.github.io/Notes/backend_api/index.html, but it's actually a Trilium home page. So probably in the wrong folder? and maybe out of date too?

The zadam original is https://zadam.github.io/trilium/backend_api/BackendScriptApi.html
