pretty nessesary feature. especially for the display. the motor fader would be aproximately correct most of the time and isn't that big of a problem when of by a little.

calibrate with a control sequence. for the display a couple of targets to tap.
for the faders put all faders to 0, 20, 50, 80, 100% and go to next value

also auto pid calibration for faders if possible
