Usage:

• place raw paired-end reads in 1-rawreads directory
• download SINTAX ITS2 database from: https://github.com/molbiodiv/meta-barcoding-dual-indexing/blob/master/precomputed/viridiplantae_all_2014.sintax.fa
• run process_reads.sh
• summarize results in the table using summarize_classification_sintax.R
