- Wenn alles gut vermengt ist, Butter hinzugeben und vorsichtig kneten bis es einen elastischen Teig ergibt | ||
- Teig 30 Minuten ruhen lassen | ||
- Ofen auf 180°C vorheizen | ||
- Füllung zubereiten | ||
- Teig auf leicht bemehlter Oberfläche in ein Rechteck ausrollen | ||
- Gleichmässig auf der (langen) Hälfte des Teiges auftragen | ||
- Unbestrichene Teigseite auf bestrichene Teigseite falten | ||
- alles etwa 1cm breite Streifen schneiden | ||
- die Streifen in der Mitte hochheben und um die Finger wickeln, Schluss drumherum legen | ||
- Die fertigen Brötchen mit Zucker bestreuen und an einem warmen Ort ruhen lassen, bis sie zur doppelten grösse heranwachsen | ||
- 15 bis 20 Minuten backen bis sie braun werden | ||
