Uploading Your Item to the Workshop

Once you've finished packaging your item, you can try uploading it to the Workshop. Before you begin, make sure to:

• Log in to Steam with the correct account.
• Complete all necessary asset editing (such as scenes and preview images).

Click the Upload button in the Item Manager window to start the upload process. If the upload is successful, you'll see a completion message in the Console window, and your item will receive a unique Workshop ID:

• Click the Open Url button to open the Workshop page for your item.
• When you upload a project for the first time, the "Steam Workshop" page for your item will open. It includes legal information. Unless you agree to the legal terms of Steam Workshop (click here for more details), your item on Workshop will remain hidden (i.e., not visible to other users).
