Confirming: Are all text fields (maker/project description, role description, name) maxlength 140 chars?

I think they should be, can we think of any reasons not to do that, at least for now?

I've had to think about/compose complex roles as carefully as tweets due to length constraints, and I've seen app descriptions from the App Store get cut off, but I think that's (mostly) a good thing. 140 is good by me.
