Remove Git interface from AutoTuner

Description

Disclaimer: The code says that the Git clone/build interface is only needed by Kubernetes on GCP

If we transition to a Docker-based deployment model, we shouldn’t need to build ORFS in the AutoTuner. We should be able to remove this code and simplify the AutoTuner command line arguments.

Same goes for the ORFS build arguments on the command line.

Jack/Vitor say we can remove after NFS requirement is removed.
