Sorry for the late reply. We are in the process of reorganizing the code and the paper. We will open-source it after we finish them (if everything goes well, it will take no more than 1 month). By the way, which part of the code do you need? I can give priority to it when we are available.

For the semi-automatic annotation code, I will try to update it by the end of this week, but for the segmentation code, it will take another month because we have made great improvements.
