The following locals should be variables instead.

terraform-aws-microservice/main.tf

Lines 2 to 4 in ae59af6

    
           cloudwatch_retention_in_days                     = 30 
        
           service_discovery_dns_ttl                        = 10 
        
           service_discovery_health_check_failure_threshold = 1
