What is/are your question(s)?

I have a 200X Android TV ( SONY Google TV ). It is completely useless without stating the obvious. There is no updated anything. Please port Newpipe to android 1.0. and give it a TV-mode. Why? Because Newpipe is a defacto standard in our lives. For my parents I literally inform them how to use and why use Newpipe and any body else I attempt to get them to try Newpipe. Even just having an dedicated Android TV port would be a game changer.

Please understand there are tons of great displays that are still functional and could be repaired or upgraded. Even some that have the ability to better then most Apple displays give or take.

Why android 1.0 ? There are tons of early Android TV sets limited to Android 1.0. and is almost impossible to install any working application. It leaves a better carbon foot-print. It is a system that is literally open to possibilities. Newpipe just needs the version to change and with 1.0 there are barely any permissions at all.
