I want to create an Android app for mixing cozy ambiance sounds to help with deep sleep. The app would allow users to adjust different sounds from low to high volume and turn various natural sounds on or off, using ambiance icons. I'm not sure how to go about this. Should I try to make it myself, or should I hire a software developer to help me?
