After update from 2.1 I checked random interface freezes like low fps on swiping home screens.

Try restarting your vita and rebuilding your database on the recovery menu

This also happens to me sometimes but I wasn't sure what was causing it. It seems to happen right after I wake the Vita from sleep and try interacting with the LiveArea apps. Although I cant say I can reliably reproduce the issue as it seems to occur randomly and not often

you mean freezes like opening a bubble and it just sits there loading? seems to be a issue with large SD cards

I got a 512GB MicroSD with SD2VITA 5.0. the MicroSD is Rated A2 for 4K Photos and Vids so speed isnt the issue but I have had apps sometimes just have long pauses when clicking on the bubbles. You can have a 30sec to 1min load while the bubble icon just sits. you can swipe out of it and stuff but no other apps will load till its loaded in the previous one.
