2.6.1 locale works under Windows

Locales works under Windows #5
Copy pl.mo to locale/pl/LC_MESSAGES/fotokilof.mo and de.mo to locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/fotokilof.mo
After this run fotokilof.exe and you should have Polish or German version in depends of your language in Windows
