Can you try opening the app from a commandline with just ./launcher.exe? That should in theory give you a debug log in the console you opened it from. That would help a lot, since linux distros usually uses a whole custom script to check through countless of known file explorers installed, and log it as well.

No worries, it's sound advice anyway. I don't recall anything being in the console, but when I check again I'll keep a closer eye on it.
