FrontEnd Create User Account Page

User Story

As a shopper, I want to be able to view my created lists, so that I can use them while I am shopping

What needs to happen

• User can create a new grocery list
• User can view any current lists
• User can browse products to add to list

Acceptance Criteria

• Use: userAccountPage.handlebars view
• Create NavBar on left side of screen that gives User options to create new list or browse products
• GET Request to display created lists on page.
  (Will show List Name, Description, Total # of Items, Total Cost, Edit List Button)
