This is a fix for Plasma 6 users (but other desktop environment users will find some changes here as well).

Plasma 6 has a problem with rendering svg images if there is a blur in it. Icons might slow the system and trying to display them in Dolphin will cause the crash of the file manager. Plasma 5 is just ignoring blur and render icons/images like it's not there. Even though I believe it's Plasma's fault I've removed blur from each icon that had it so it should be now safe to use.
