Each link will lead you to a download folder which contains an image to create a bootable drive. The img.gz file can also be used for updating existing builds. The Generic folder will contain subfolders specific to the corresponding micro-architecture level. So e.g. if your cpu supports at least the x86-64-v2 feature set of a Westmere cpu, basically everthing sold within the last decade, then you should check out those builds which are available as .tar files which are suitable for updates. It might give your Atom/Celeron low-end devices a little boost.
The ARM projects will contain SBC/board specific img.gz which you should burn onto your sd-card to create a bootable system.
