TrackReconstructionTests

A collection of tests with the goal of testing the new tracking algorithm.

Terminogoloy:

• CAT: old tracking implemented in Falaise (stands for CellularAutomatonTracker)
• TrackIT: new tracking based on TKEvent from Tomas
