SSD 2nubb primary event generator

I know there's been some discussion/work on this, but I couldn't see it as a trackable issue. Now that we've shown that the SSD mechanism for 2nubb matches our data much better than the HSD mechanism, we should be using it as our default generator for those events - or at least have it available as an alternative option.

These are the steps that @fmauger sent us (in other words, steps 2, 3 and 4 are Francois, unless someone else happens to know how to do them). I don't know if we have any of this done yet - @fmauger do you know? Should I ask Vladimir for decay0? @wausain might be able to help with step 5.

• step 1 : Vladimir will send me the new version of the decay0 program. documenting the new routine(s) that implement(~s) the new functionality
• step 2 : I will convert the fortran code into C++ material: the generator and possibly new leptonic phase-space functions
• step 3 :I will update the new list of DBD modes
• step 4 : I will add a test program and sample configuration files
• step 5 : Someone will check if everything is ok and we will iterate if needed (review)
• step 6 :Someone will adapt Falaise to include this new stuff for SN simulations.

Hi @cherylepatrick. I guess we can assign this to @fmauger too. I can step in later once the main coding part is done. Is Vladimir's Fortran code available anywhere?

Ruben's spoken to Vladimir - we need more input from him, but he has promised to help us. I'll keep you posted if I hear anything.
