add internal link to author personal pages when clicking on authors

Issue: When I visit the publications page, I often want to know more about the authors and their other publications and visit their personal pages.

Solution: add an internal link to the personal page of an author when we click on his name in a reference. Note: it is particularly useful when we are on the 'publications' page, or, in the case of co-authoring, on the personal page of another author.
