Several formatting issues on output need cleaned up -

Re: line - "report of change" header" are indented too far into middle of page, should be flush with left margin

Some additional formatting edits need to be made to the template. Language needs to be cleaned up throughout. We can also utilize some of the new formatting techniques we learned in class a few weeks ago - 'Working with DOCX Files' - https://assemblyline.suffolklitlab.org/docs/docx/
