Current Issues with VoiceRSS

The "read this page" / VoiceRSS feature has some issues:

• hasn't been user tested with the target audience; low literacy folks
• can possibly be confused for an accessibility feature
• will read parts of the page that are hidden with CSS display: none or HTML's hidden
• Skips over some download list buttons with text or anything styled with a div, without a p tag.
• In our version specifically, users will tap play twice as there is a delay after pressing it the first time. Users may be tempted to click the "play" button repeatedly #664
• In our version, there isn't a scrubber, so if people miss something, they have to go all the way to the beginning and try again
