put the django backend on the server so we can all use the same one

@rr-phillips This can be done by following a standard only.
Because all the devs might not have same version.
By following a standard, a virtualenv can get the job done on being on the same platform (version)

i am going to be putting the backend rest api onto my server at the domain name that we decided on, and then (hopefully) set it up so that it will automatically pull from master and serve that
