I have searched for existing issues that already suggest this feature.

Describe the Feature Request

Tests using the pyln-testing framework.

So users can see in the plugins repo that your plugin is still working on the latest cln version.

Plugins without tests or failing tests will soon be moved to the archived section of the plugins repo.
