[EN] I updated the method of working with asset to work with - uexp' thanks to Ambi for the hint where to dig.

• Added logging in working with esp files, to understand what the script discards by the word SKIP: ...
• Slightly changed the code of the UASSET file handler, now it is suitable not only for them.

[RU] Обновил метод работы с uasset для его же работы с - uexp, благодарю Ambi за подсказку куда копать.

• Добавил логирование в работе с uexp файлами, для понимания, что отбрасывает скрипт по слову SKIP: ...
• Немного поменял код обработчика UASSET файлов, теперь пригоден не только для них.
